L'exposition Ames animales présente une sélection des 80 animaux les plus fabuleux du bestiaire exceptionnel réuni au musée Daubigny et qui témoigne de la diversité des représentations animalières du XIXe siècle à nos jours.
Cette exposition nous plonge dans l'univers des maîtres de la sculpture et de la céramique du XIXe siècle (Antoine Barye, René Lalique, Emmanuel Frémiet...) jusqu’aux grands graveurs contemporains (Hélène Nué, René Verlinde…) en passant par les univers poétiques de Corneille, Foujita ou bien encore Jean Cocteau. Un coup de projecteur particulier est porté sur l’artiste japonais Koji Ikuta et sur son monde peuplé de chouettes, de chats et d’oiseaux.
Du 29/03 au 21/09/2025 les jours fériés et les week-ends de 10h30 à 12h30 et de 14h à 17h30. Le mardi, mercredi, jeudi et vendredi de 14h30 à 17h30.
