Description
Véritable poumon vert, très apprécié pour sa biodiversité, ses espaces ombragés et ses nombreux chemins propices aux balades en plein air.
Situé dans la petite boucle de l’Oise, ce bois de 45 ha jouxte la plaine maraîchère. Plaine de jeux ou parcours sportif, il est un lieu de détente pour tous, à deux pas du quartier Grand Centre et de Port Cergy. En son cœur, la butte à Juju, dont le nom est un clin d’œil à l’un des paysagistes de la ville nouvelle, Dominique Juglar. Son idée ? Utiliser la terre provenant des terrassements des constructions alentours pour en faire un belvédère. On peut y contempler toute la plaine maraîchère de Cergy.
